About Me

A little something about me.

I am a Florida based Licensed Mental Health Counselor, raised in New England. I relocated to Florida in 2010 to enjoy the warmer weather. I completed my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, and have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University. I use a unique combination of interpersonal psychoanalysis, mind-body stimulation and cognitive behavioral techniques, which helps me to provide compassionate caring effective treatment.

In my years of experience, I have worked with families, individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and adults of all ages from all walks of life, which has provided an in depth insight and a practical view of the problems that clients are facing in contemporary times, with regards to their professional and personal life. Whether it is depression, issues at work, death of a close family member, emotional distress due to separation, addiction, hypersensitivity, obsessive compulsive disorder, emotions related to fertility issues, hyperactivity, loss of job, or any other issues that are affecting your mental health negatively, I can offer you the right supports and treatments. My approach towards treating my client changes depending on the client’s individual needs. I work to bring that much-needed physical and emotional balance back to the client.
